- How do I return a product?
If for any reason you are unhappy with your product, please contact our national service helpline in the first instance on: 01527 888133. They will be able to assess and assist you with your product issues and if necessary, they will inform you of the relevant steps of how to return the product.
- How do I register my new product?
You can register your product online by clicking on 'Register Your Product' button and completing the online form. Alternatively, you should have received a Guarantee card within your product. Please fill this in making sure to include your product serial number and receipt number and post back to us at the address stated.
