DELIVERY

We offer free delivery to mainland England, Wales and Scotland excluding the highlands and islands. Using a combination of specialised two-man delivery teams for our larger appliances and flexible & fast delivery for our smaller appliances. We aim to make your order and delivery as seamless as possible.

 

Additional options are available for larger items such as old Appliance Recycling and Packaging Removal at a little extra that offer more flexibility.

 

Under counter, tabletop, and drinks refrigerators.

 

For smaller items we offer delivery within 2 to 3 business days free of charge as standard. Full tracking and flexible options are available so you can tailor your delivery to suit you.

 

Tall Fridge Freezers and Chest Freezers.

 

For larger items such as chest freezers, tall fridge freezers and side by side fridge freezers we offer delivery within 5 to 7 business days as standard. Delivery services for these items are completed by a 2-man delivery team. Additional services such as old appliance recycling and packaging removal of your old appliance can be selected for a little extra when ordering your appliance.

 

Following your order our delivery team will be in touch with you directly by phone to arrange your delivery date. You will be able to select a delivery date that best suits you from the delivery dates available in your area at this time.

 

Your delivery will be undertaken by a 2-man delivery team that will place the item into any ground floor room of your choice. You will be given a 3-hour time slot for your delivery, plus a pre delivery phone call from the delivery team before arrival.
